The whole world is becoming caught up in the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians. It is a conflict charged with emotion and deep convictions on both sides of the debate. And at the heart of the conflict is the land itself. Both sides claim the land as their own. Both sides assert they have legal and historical rights to the land. And both sides are looking for the support of the world.
The Palestinians enjoy the overwhelming support of the international community. This has resulted in Israel finding itself at the centre of very harsh examination and condemnation by the world community and , increasingly, even from those within the church.
Who is in the right - the Israelis or the Palestinians? Where does the truth lie and what do the Scriptures have to say?
If we are to come to a truthful understanding of this conflict we must know what the Bible says, the history of the conflict and what is happening today.
